The Proposal

  • The client provides structural & architectural drawings

  • SBP schedules a site visit to better understand the scope of the project

  • SBP ensure a complete understanding of the client’s wishes

  • SBP presents the client with a detailed estimate including 12 cost categories

The Contract

  • SPB sends a contract via Docusign to date & sign

  • The client verifies & signs the Change Order Policy

  • The client verifies & signs the “Owner to Provide” Policy (ex. fixtures)

  • The client signs the “Contingency Allowance” Policy

  • The client & SBP agree on a start date

The Project

  • The client is given access to their own project portal on BuilderTrend where Change Orders, Selections, Scheduling & Project Financials are documented

  • SBP provides the client with a building timeline through BuilderTrend

  • SBP secures proper permitting

  • SBP collaborates with client on selections & approvals

  • SBP conducts weekly site visits with the client

The Final Details

  • SBP creates a detailed punch list to ensure the client’s satisfaction

  • SBP hires a cleaning service before owner occupation

  • SBP sends a project performance survey to the client

  • Professional Photography is offered (optional)
